Resuming (12 weeks). Covered a bit of extra ground and kept trying, but no threat in this race last year. Two nice wins since. In the mix.

Third-up today and placed third-up previously. Resuming 3rd of 12 in a Hurricane at Newcastle on September 18 over 900m, 2.75 len behind Generous Harry with 58.5kg at $11. Second-up won by 0.7 len in a Sprint Bm96 at Port Macquarie on October 9 over 1200m defeating Grey Effects with 55kg at $5. Outclassed.

Second-up winner after receiving a good trail/ride. Tougher here and will need to improve further.

Third-up after an Open win at Port Macquarie over 1200m, following a third over 900m at Newcastle. This is a much stiffer test.

Gave nothing else a chance when winning by almost 4L last start at Dubbo but up against a higher level of opposition.

Last start favourite; ran on from midfield and scored a big 4 len win in a Flying Hcp at Dubbo on September 27 over 1100m defeating Castlebar Road carrying 57kg at $2.70. Before that rolled along in front before being edged out 2nd of 9 in a Tamw Rush at Tamworth on August 25 over 1200m, slow going 1.75 len behind Tough Guy carrying 58.5kg at $2.20. Others rate better this time.

Building the record of a smart horse. Missed the quinella just twice in 11 starts. Bolted in at Dubbo last time and creates interest.

The fourth-up campaign continues after an 1100m win at Dubbo, following a second at Tamworth over 1200m and another win at Muswellbrook. An on-pace position from a wide draw is awkward, while the class rise looks testing.

Dictated the tempo to win by a short half head last start at Bathurst but facing a stronger grade. Has the necessary speed to mitigate the wide draw.

Comes here off a 34-day let-up. At the latest run favourite; won by a head in a Panorama at Bathurst on September 13 over 1300m on a soft track defeating Tom Vegas with 55kg at $2.60. The race before that set the pace for much of the race 3rd of 9 in a F&M Bm78 at Rosehill on August 15 over 1400m, slow going 2.25 len behind Mind Ya Bizz with 55kg at $11. Favouring others.

Feature sprint winner at Bathurst last time. Four weeks into that and five weeks fresh for this. Not the worst.

Now fourth-up, with the latest Bathurst 1300m win following a third at Rosehill over 1400m. On-pace speed is useful, but the wide map makes this Randwick sprint a tougher assignment.

Dual acceptor. Last start held ground to the line 2nd of 13 in a Highway-C3 at this track on September 19 over 1000m, long-neck behind Cruizingthestars with 62kg at $4. The race before that won by a head in a Bm78 at Rosehill on August 29 over 1100m defeating Kimberley Secrets with 53.5kg at $15. Fully tested this time around.

Pacy gelding run down here last time carrying 62kg. First time to 1200m and lacks experience. Will give a sight.

Fourth-up after a second over 1000m at Randwick, following consecutive wins over 1100m. The wide map is the main test, but recent sprint form keeps his strong case intact.

LISZTOMANIA (5) was a winner over 1200m at Rosehill last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by 0.6 lengths. Goes well at this journey with four wins from 12 starts and is expected to feature. CHAINS OF LOVE (12) is back at the races for the first time since July 4. Scored over 1100m at Scone to launch the last campaign. Looks a winning chance. BAND OF BROTHERS (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1000m at Eagle Farm, beaten 2.5 lengths into eighth. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. CONSIDERED (8) raced below her best last time when ninth over 1200m at Eagle Farm, beaten 6 lengths. Well placed and should be in the mix.

Dabble

CHIDIAC (2) First up after 19 weeks and ran over the top of them when winning first up last preparation at Muswellbrook. Suited on soft going. James Mcdonald adds value. Must respect. SO YOU PENCE (10) Resuming after a spell. Strong effort to the line to win last start around here but facing formidable opponents. Carrying less weight this time. Can win. BAND OF BROTHERS (1) Didn't find the line when 8th last run at Eagle Farm and hoping that the added weight won't hurt. Should muster plenty of early toe. Key player. GALLANT STAR (3) First up from a break. Struggled with the pace when 9th last run at this venue. Will give a big sight.

Timeform (FanDuel)

LISZTOMANIA (5) ran fourth here last year after drawing out. Looks to be going even better this time in when four weeks between runs with a slashing win over 6f at Rosehill in BM94 class. Fresh again and makes plenty of appeal from the draw. CHAINS OF LOVE (12) untapped mare resuming. Jumped in grade with an eye catching third in the LR Creswick Stakes at Flemington over 6f last July. Primed with the three searching trials and gets the services of Zac Lloyd. Top three player. LORD REMLAP (9) lightly raced gelding with excellent credentials. Far from disgraced second up with the 132lbs when a solid third over 6f in a BM72 at Rosehill. Blinkers go on and will be charging late. CONSIDERED (8) raced without luck in her two runs back and assess on her good Military Rose win over 6f at the Gold Coast last March. Conditions suit from the good gate. Each way. CHIDIAC (2) ran third here last year and worth noting she's undefeated in three first up runs. The chances don't end there.

Best Bets

Here's the $2M 'Kozzie' and GALLANT STAR, CHIDIAC and LISZTOMANIA return after finishing top four last year. Look for pace from 13 and 6 primarily. CHAINS OF LOVE may need some luck from a bit of a tricky barrier but she was a solid Scone trial winner last week and you just know she'll be ready to fresh into this. (It's the same way the stable won it last year with Clear Thinking.) CHIDIAC also a trial winner in that Scone session and she gets James McDonald first time. Does LORD REMLAP have a new level? CRUIZINGTHESTARS maps a treat so may be able to measure up as well.

Darren Flindell

The 2 million dollar Kosciuszko is run over 1200m for the country-trained performers. 5. LISZTOMANIA was back in winning form at Rosehill 7 weeks ago when powering home late to score by half a length in BM94 company over this trip. He has a good record on this track as well, and should be right in the finish again. 12. CHAINS OF LOVE is a lightly tried 4YO mare resuming from a spell. The Messara/Gavranich stable is one of the best country stables in the land, and this mare has been given plenty of trial preparation to ensure that she will be ready to rumble fresh up. 9. LORD REMLAP was beaten for the first time in 5 career starts at Rosehill last time, but did a fair bit wrong in the run, which makes his third place finish better than it looks. The blinkers will help keep his mind on the job, and he can take this out. 8. CONSIDERED has been running on in both of her starts back from a spell, and with Zac Purton taking the ride, she is ready to put her best hoof forward.

Racing Central

TICKLEBELLY (6) looks set to lead, with ROSE AYE (13) and CHAINS OF LOVE (12) applying pressure; that contested pace should suit off-pace CHIDIAC (2). CHIDIAC (2) resumes after a 133-day break with a strong first-up record and an October trial win. Earlier wins over 1300m and 1400m offset the latest 11th at Randwick over 1100m. SO YOU PENCE (10) returns from an 84-day let-up after a 1300m BM78 win, with a solid fresh record supporting the midfield map. GALLANT STAR (3) has a strong first-up record and earlier open and Group 3 form, although three recent unplaced runs are a concern. CRUIZINGTHESTARS (14) comes off a Randwick 1000m win and has an earlier Class 2 success over 1300m; the inside draw should assist the step to 1200m.
