Terms of use

MarketMover is an odds comparison app. It reads the prices the bookmakers publish, shows them beside each other, and on the plans that include it, prices races with its own model for comparison.

MarketMover takes no bets and holds no money. Bets are placed with a bookmaker, on the bookmaker's own terms, by you. The prices shown are the bookmakers' own and can change or be wrong; the price a bookmaker takes is the one on its own site at the time.

Nothing in the app is advice. The model price is a fair price to compare against, from public prices and form. It is not a tip, and its record is shown on the Model page so you can judge it.

You must be 18 or over to use MarketMover. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, renew until cancelled, and are managed in your App Store account. Plans that include your bookmaker accounts read your bets and offers with your own login, on your device, and never place a bet.

MarketMover is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, its maker is not liable for a bet placed or not placed, a price that moved, or a bookmaker's decision. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
