Prices in Australian dollars, bought here, renewing until cancelled. The key arrives after payment and unlocks your plan everywhere you use MarketMover. The model price is a fair price to compare against, from public prices and form. It is not a tip. Its record against the market is on this page. Pro places through your own bookmaker accounts, after you accept the terms.
On iPhone, you can also subscribe in the MarketMover app, through Apple. Apple bills it, and you manage or cancel it in the App Store. A plan bought here works in the iPhone app too: paste your key under Settings. Get it on the App Store
Building on the data? The API plans, Starter, Pro and Business, are sold apart, by key: the prices, the model and racing.com's data on every one; on Pro and Business, the race products, the extra markets, bets placed through your own MarketMover agent, and everything in the Pro app plan (the web app and the Community, placing, AutoBet, the alerts), with an app key for the Mac and iPhone apps beside the API key. Placing on Pro: read this first
The Pro plan places bets with your own bookmaker accounts, from your own device, at your instruction.
It is your account, your money and your risk. MarketMover holds no funds and cannot cash out. A bookmaker may refuse a bet, close an account, or treat placement through an app as against its terms; that is between you and the bookmaker. The limits in Settings are yours to set and are checked before every bet, but they are not a substitute for your own judgement.
You confirm that you are 18 or over, that the accounts you link are yours, and that you accept these terms. You will be asked again every 90 days.
The app asks you to accept these words before its first bet.
How Pro is sold
The Pro plan is sold by Daniel Tomaro, trading as MarketMover, in Australia. It costs AU$79 a month or AU$699 a year, GST inclusive where GST applies, billed by Stripe on marketmover.net and renewing until cancelled.
Cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the renewal; the licence runs to the end of the period already paid for, plus seven days of grace, and then the app stops placing and keeps everything else.
A licence is for one person and may be used on the Macs they own. It is not for sharing or resale.
Within 14 days of a first purchase, unused, the payment is refunded on request to support. After that, or once a bet has been placed through the app, it is not, except as the Australian Consumer Law requires.
The Australian Consumer Law gives guarantees that cannot be excluded: the software must be of acceptable quality and fit for its purpose. Nothing here limits them. Beyond them, MarketMover is not liable for bets placed, prices moved, accounts closed by a bookmaker, or money lost, all of which are yours.
