At the latest run favourite; raced right near the speed and boxed on; won by 0.5 len in a G2 The Invitation at Randwick on October 24 over 1400m defeating Infancy with 59kg at $2.70. The race before that favourite; came from midfield and won by 1.2 len in the G2 Golden Pendant at this track on September 26 over 1400m defeating Verona Rose with 58kg at $1.85. Multiple Group winning mare too sharp for these at set weights.

Group 1 mare who has come up extra well, winning her last two. Top chance for the hat-trick.

A G2 winner over 1400m last start, she arrives fourth-up with an on-pace map. Her strong recent form and Group 2 credentials make her the one to beat.

Tough off a wide win when resuming. Held ground after being held up until the 225m second up. Fitter again.

A G3 winner over 1200m two starts ago, she returns third-up after finishing fourth in the G2 over 1400m, beaten 2.1 lengths. The trip suits and she is a major danger.

Gets back, needs luck and hasn't been having much of that so far this prep. Could surprise.

Third-up, she was eighth in the G2 after being taken back from a wide draw and held up near the 300m. Her earlier G3 win over 1400m gives her a genuine opportunity to bounce back.

Previously second-up 6th of 17 in the LR Queensland Day Stakes at Eagle Farm on June 6 over 1200m, 1.5 len behind Earn To Burn carrying 55kg at $8. Progressive mare thrown into the deep end today, place only.

Dug deep off a wide run to win the Kosciuszko first up. That form can hold up here and she is a chance for the double.

Second-up after an Open win over 1200m, she raced wide without cover and still prevailed. The step to 1400m in G2 company is a test, but her recent figures give her a live chance.

Found the line well to go close to the prize when resuming. Badly held up second up. Can hit back hard.

Now third-up, she comes off a 10th in a G2 over 1400m after being held up and not fully tested. She had previously finished second in a G3 over 1200m, but needs to finish more strongly to threaten.

Undefeated on the home track and maps to get the right run.

Found trouble when resuming. Did better up in distance second up. Up in class but fitter again.

She was runner-up in a BM88 over this trip last start and is third-up, with a soft inside run from the map. The placing is solid form, although G2 company presents a significant test.

Her ninth in the G2 over 1400m last start was a setback. Now fourth-up, she had earlier placed third in a G2 and won a Listed race. Her class form is competitive, but she needs to rebound from the latest run.

Okay in races not really run to suit at her last couple of outings. In with an each-way show.

Freshened after finishing sixth in the G2 over 1400m, she had also placed sixth in her two previous runs. Three consecutive unplaced results and a long prep mean she needs a sharp return.

Nice effort in the Tibbie three starts back, just even at Flemington and Randwick since. Place the preferred option.

ARABIAN ROSE (4) caught the eye in the G3 Nivison here, then struck trouble at the start with a below par tenth in the G2 The Invitation over 1400m at Randwick. Key jockey change and can lift. CHAINS OF LOVE (8) stakes placed mare who deserves here chance here.

Best Bets

The great interest for me is the lack of a leader in the race. LAZZURA is the horse to beat at level weights of course and it's easy to see her landing on-speed but I note she has never actually led a race in her life. Dare say she wants something else to do that job and she can camp in attendance but if that doesn't eventuate it's still not a reason to worry about her. Stablemate SURF'S UP can at least be handy from the inside and I would think she can rise up here and perform well. Obviously a fan of Rosehill. CHAINS OF LOVE won the Kosciuszko with real grit. There's a different feel to this race but she's hard to criticise.

She should have finished a lot closer to that runner on that occasion, and with some luck from a tricky gate, she gets her chance to turn the tables. 2. TUILERIES was another to have no luck in the same race as the top pick last time out, when following on from her eye-catching effort for fourth by half a length fresh up. She gets a big swing in her draw here, so watch for her to have the last say in this. 4. ARABIAN ROSE was another runner to not be fully tested last start, and she gets Ben Thompson down to ride, so keep safe.
